COVID-19

For our pre-order styles, due to delays in our stock coming from our factory, please be patient with us during this time. We will endeavour to update you via email as frequently as possible with the status of your order via email if we foresee delays. Please ensure to open all emails sent to you and if you did not see an email, please check your junk mail and ensure to open it so any further updates from us will automatically go into your inbox. Kindly note, we cannot provide refunds for the orders that are delayed as we are a small business and produce orders when they are placed with us. We can instead provide you with credit note with no expiry date and will extend a special offer if your order exceeds a 4 week delay. PROCESSING TIME *This info only applies to non 'pre-order' items.

All orders are prepared and shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If an order is placed after 2pm on a Tuesday it will be shipped on Thursday. If an order is placed after 2pm on a Thursday it will be shipped on the following Tuesday.

Kindly note we cannot fast track orders as there is only 1x person preparing these orders due to the current COVID-19 restrictions in Melbourne.

Orders will be delivered between 8 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday. 

Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

      SALE ITEMS PROCESSING TIMES

      For sale items, discounted items or sales periods, please allow 1-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. 

      We are experiencing a high volume of orders, and orders will be lodged and shipped in order of date, time and order placement.

      We lodge our orders via Australia Post. Please check your order status to determine your courier and tracking information.

       

      RETURNS SHIPPING

      For all returns to the EXIE Online Warehouse, customers must pay the cost of postage/freight in all circumstances.

      Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels. We always recommend using a registered post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.

       

      LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

      EXIE Pty Ltd cannot take responsibility for any parcels that have gone missing, been stolen, or been delivered incorrectly. Unfortunately, once the parcel has left our business' warehouse it is the responsibility of AUSTRALIA POST and any further disputes must be settled with them.

      As the sender, upon your request, we can contact the Shipping Provider on your behalf to lodge an investigation. However as the outcome is stipulated by the Shipping Provider and not EXIE Group Pty Ltd, we cannot change or be held liable for the result of the investigation and/or the missing parcel.

         

      ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

      At EXIE we believe people and the planet matter, and that it's cool to be kind. That why we seek to eliminate waste at every step in the supply chain. Along with our recycled fabrics, we use 100% biodegradable packaging so you can not only look good, but feel good.

      Our garments are packed into stylish reusable zip-lock bags that are Biodegradable [made from Biodegradable EVA]. These are then sent in a 100% biodegradable, home-compostable shipping mailer that is made from 70-80% PBAT (a co-polymer that is completely biodegradable) and 20-30% PLA (which is a fancy way of saying cornstarch). For further information visit heropackaging

       

      PRE-ORDER

      We always aim to have your pre-ordered item(s) shipped to you as soon as they land in our ware-house, as we prepare all paperwork in advance when you place your order.

      Please note that from time to time, shipping dates, due to circumstances out of our control, may not always be accurate. This is due to disruptions, irregularities and/or clearance waiting times with our freight service(s). These circumstances are out of our control.       *We do not recommend to purchase guaranteed next day shipping or international express for Pre-order items. This is at the discretion of the customer and EXIE Ltd Pty will not be held responsible.

       

      PUBLIC HOLIDAYS 2020

      We ship all our orders via Australia Post. Thus our shipping dates are affected by both Australian National Public Holidays and Victorian (State) Public Holidays. These dates are determined by the Australian Government and/or/at the jurisdiction of Australia Post. Thus shipping dates surrounding public holidays are out of our control, orders will be shipped the following business day of the below dates:

      • Wednesday 1st January:  New Year's Day
      • Monday 27th January: Australia Day
      • Monday 9th March: Labour Day
      • Friday 10th April: Good Friday
      • Saturday 11th April: Holy Saturday
      • Sunday 12th April: Easter
      • Monday 13th April: Easter Monday
      • Saturday 25th April: Anzac Day
      • Monday 8th June: Queen's Birthday
      • Friday 26th September: Grand Final. A public holiday across all of Victoria only. Orders placed inside and outside of Victoria will not have orders shipped on this day
      • Tuesday 3rd November: Melbourne Cup. A public holiday across all of Victoria only. Orders placed inside and outside of Victoria will not have orders shipped on this day.
      • Wednesday 25th December: Christmas Day
      • Monday 28th December: Boxing Day

       

      TERMS & CONDITIONS

      If your item is required for a special event and is time sensitive, we recommend purchasing your chosen garment at least 14 Business Days minimum before your specific event to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your order. 

      Responsibility for incorrect address is at the customer's expense. We aim to deliver within the time as indicated above, at the time of your order, but we cannot guarantee this for circumstances out of our control with Australia Post. You are required to sign for the delivery of your item. You agree to inspect the Product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. You must take care when opening the Product so as not to damage it, particular if wearing sharp jewellery or opening the parcel using sharp instruments.  

      For New Zealand or International Orders,

      EXIE Group Pty Ltd will not take responsibility for any duties or taxes which may be applied by customs.

      The above delivery times are provided as estimated. Under no circumstances are these delivery times guaranteed.

      In the rare occurrence your parcel does not arrive on time due to a delay with our Shipping Carrier Australia Post, or your item is delivered to the incorrect address, or your item is stolen from your property; EXIE Group Pty Ltd will endeavour to assist wherever possible, however EXIE Group Pty Ltd holds no financial responsibility for this item.
